“A problem shared is a problem half-solved” only if you share it with the right people. When you open up to the wrong people, you open yourself up to wrong advice. “Never take advice from someone you wouldn’t trade places with” (Kelly Clarkson)

The grass always seems to be greener on the other side. You may have it all but if you don’t value what you have, you will lose what you do have as well. “The earlier you learn that you should focus on what you have, and not obsess about what you don’t have, the happier you will be” (Amy Poehler).

You give up personal power when you blame others instead of taking personal responsibility. “Taking personal accountability is a beautiful thing because it gives us complete control of our destinies (Heather Schuck).
Proverbs 30:25-28 KJV The ants are a people not strong, yet they prepare their meat in the summer; The conies are but a feeble folk, yet make they their houses in the rocks; The locusts have no king, yet go they forth all of them by bands; The spider taketh hold with her hands, and is in kings’ palaces.
Success means different things to different people. Whatever your definition of success, by virtue of the fact that you are made in the image of God, you have no excuse to not succeed in your life. “Don’t give in to excuses that can keep you from really living the best life God has for you (Joyce Meyer).
Luke 10:20 KJV Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven.
When your priorities are skewed, you waste time and energy on relatively unimportant things at the expense of important ones. “The most important thing in life is knowing the most important things in life” (David F. Jakielo).
John 1:46 KJV And Nathanael said unto him, Can there any good thing come out of Nazareth? Philip saith unto him, Come and see.
If you’ve been alive long enough, chances are that you may have heard one or two disparaging things said about you that may make you doubt the future. Nevertheless, it is God who has the final say, not man. “Never be afraid to trust an unknown future to a known God” (Corrie ten Boom).
