1 Samuel 1:8,10 KJV

Then said Elkanah her husband to her, Hannah, why weepest thou? and why eatest thou not? and why is thy heart grieved? am not I better to thee than ten sons? [10] And she was in bitterness of soul, and prayed unto the Lord , and wept sore.

Don’t allow anybody to determine what is good enough or not for you. People look at life from their own perspective; don’t let somebody else’s perspective ruin yours. Determination is never a waste of time. “Be brave enough to live the life of your dreams according to your vision and purpose instead of the expectations and opinions of others” (Roy T. Bennett).
