Waning resolve

Luke 14:28-30 NKJV For which of you, intending to build a tower, does not sit down first and count the cost, whether he has enough to finish it— lest, after he has laid the foundation, and is not able to finish, all who see it begin to mock him, saying, ‘This man began to build and was not able to finish.’
Statistically, people stop focusing on their New Year resolutions after the second week of January. The reason is because people cram a lot of unrealistic goals and expectations in their resolutions for the year. “When obstacles arise, you change your direction to reach your goal; you do not change your decision to get there”-(Zig Ziglar).
